About SpringAid International Development, Nigeria
SpringAid is implementing a Sida-funded project in partnership with SpringAid Sweden to empower
women and youth in Imo State through entrepreneurship development, mentorship, job creation,
access to finance, and community engagement.
We are recruiting a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help communicate the
project’s impact and ensure high-quality visual materials across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design branded project materials (manuals, reports, infographics, banners, presentations,
digital content, etc.)
Create engagin g social media and digital campaign visuals.
Develop training manuals, workshop materials, and communication resources.
Design infographics for MEL reports, dashboards, and project briefs.
Maintain visual brand identity according to SpringAid/Sida guidelines.
Support storytelling through illustrations, photos, and layout design.
Collaborate with Program, MEL, and Communication teams to translate project data into
accessible visuals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
3–5 years relevant design experience (INGO/nonprofit experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital design tools-AI.
Strong portfolio demonstrating quality, creativity, and versatility.
Ability to translate complex information into clear visual formats.
Knowledge of Southeast Nigerian cultural context is an advantage.
